Welcome to the newly built LUXAPART right in the middle of the ski region SERFAUS-FISS-LADIS.

We are glad to welcome you in our house and happy that you have chosen our house with its luxurious holiday homes to relax and unwind for a few days. Our staff are here to make your stay in Ladis as pleasant as possible. We are located a five-minute-walk away from the bottom station of the mountain cableway Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis.

Our reception desk is open every day from 8 AM until 10.00 AM and we are happy to give you advice or help you with any kind of problem.

All of our new apartments have big balconies with views of the mountains, and some of them are decorated with unusual light arrangements and moss images. This design helps to create a comfortable atmosphere and also mirrors our attitude - as does the sustainable energy supply, which even shows passive house standards. Internet access included! All apartments are equippped with an individual WiFi code, which you will be given for free during check-in. Towels and bed-linen is available. Wellness is only for House 1.!
